About Pastor Scott
Scott Giordano has been in full-time pastoral ministry for 25 years, and has served as the Lead Pastor of Bethany Church for 13 years. He is a visionary leader who loves the local church. He has a developing passion to establish a network of neighborhood (micro) churches in Lower Fairfield County.
While completing his seminary degree at the University of Valley Forge, he began to serve as youth pastor at Calvary Temple, Delran NJ. After 5 years on staff there, he then served 6 years as associate pastor at Westchester Christian Worship Center in White Plains, NY. Pastor Scott serves on the Board of Directors for the University of Valley Forge and on the missions and church planting leadership team for Southern New England. He has recently hit pause on completing his Master’s Degree in Christian Leadership through Liberty University.
Scott has been married to Emily for 20 years, dating just before Scott graduated from UVF. They have 4 children: Noelle, Charlie, Jack and Olive. He deeply values moments with his family: main street strolls with a coffee alongside Emily, date nights with his daughters, coaching his son’s teams, grilling on the deck, and gathering for movie nights. He lives and dies with all teams Philly (mostly dies) and books are his friends; especially in the fields of business, leadership, and church growth/planting.
